Position Qualifications/Responsibilities

Position Qualifications - Responsibilities:

Applicants should be able to teach freshman-level American Government. In addition, the ability to teach upper-level courses in one or more discipline areas, such as American politics, international affairs, and public administration, is beneficial. A commitment to excellence in teaching is expected of all faculty members in KSU’s College of Humanities and Social Sciences.

Required Education - Experience - Skills (Minimum Qualifications):

An earned Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Political Science or a closely related field, is minimally required. Ph.D. holders (or foreign equivalent) are welcome to apply as well. Applicants with the training, ability, and/or experience equivalent to the minimum degree may be considered.
College-level teaching experience is ideal.
